Manuscripts dealing with quality aspects can be submitted to Cereal Chemistry, which is the premier international archival journal in cereal science. Research presented
in Cereal Chemistry explores raw materials, processes, products utilizing cereal, as well as analytical procedures, technological tests and fundamental research in the cereals area.
